Corangamite Shire sporting clubs can join this free Respect in Sport 101 workshop, focused on creating safe, inclusive and respectful environments both on and off the field.

Delivered in partnership with South West Sport, this session will help clubs strengthen leadership, support Fair Access commitments, and build a culture that champions equality, respect and positive participation for everyone – including women and girls.

Places are limited and only one booking per club is available, so please register early.

It’s on Monday 15 June, 6 pm at the Killara Centre, Camperdown.

South West Sport in collaboration with Regional Sport Victoria, is pleased to launch the 2026 Regional Victorian Community Sport Census - This statewide survey is your opportunity to make sure your club’s voice is heard.

We’re encouraging clubs and volunteers across the South West to take part in this short (15-minute) survey.

We know every club is different. This is your chance to share:
✔️ What’s working well in your club
✔️ The challenges you’re currently facing
✔️ The support that would make the biggest difference

Your input will directly inform how we, alongside Regional Sport Victoria and the Regional Sport Network, shape future programs, services, and advocacy to better support grassroots community sporting clubs across our region.

🎯 What’s in it for your sporting club?
Clubs that take part will go into the draw to receive up to $2,500 in tailored support from their local Regional Sports Assembly, with one club selected in each participating region.

Camperdown Community Stadium is closed this afternoon, Thursday 7 May.

The stadium will re-open tomorrow, Friday 8 May, from 3 pm to 7 pm for boxing sessions and open hoops.

Camperdown Community Stadium is hosting a fun, non contact Boxing Bootcamp for teenagers with pad work, circuits and upbeat coaching.
It’s on Fridays 5 pm to 6 pm, starting 24 April.
Cost: $5.50 per participant

Basketball cancelled tomorrow night. Set to resume normal programming from Wednesday.

The stadium will also be closed due to the heat.

Due to the extreme weather tomorrow the committee has decided to cancel tomorrow nights games for the safety of the players and spectators ! All teams will be awarded a draw for the game..
