To celebrate 10 years of Infinite Health Co, we decided to shake things up with our very own: ANYTHING BUT ACTIVEWEAR DAY! 🎉

From costumes and onesies to outfits we never thought we'd see in the gym, our members fully embraced the challenge and brought plenty of laughs along the way.

A huge thank you to our amazing community for making the past 10 years so special. Here's to the memories we've made, the friendships we've built, and the many years ahead ❤️

Scary Stats:
-1 in 4 older adults pass away within a year of a serious fall.
-Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death in people over 65.

The good news? Many falls can be prevented.
Staying active, building strength, improving balance, and learning to move well can all help you maintain your independence and confidence as you age.

For everyone, that journey looks a little different, but it may include:
• Strength training with appropriate weights • Balance and stability exercises • Improving
movement and mobility

It's never too early -or too late, to invest in your health.

Let’s get stronger together 💪

Safety bar squats don’t just test your legs… they test your mindset too 🔥

Controlled reps, solid depth, and staying strong when it starts to burn. One of the best movements for building strength, stability, and confidence under the bar.

Are you starting your workouts with activation exercises? 👀
Switching your muscles on properly before you train can make all the difference.

Our PT Matt runs through his favourites 🔥These 5 simple moves will help you move better, lift stronger, and lower your risk of injury during your workout.

• Banded crab walks: Stay low, keep tension on the band, and step side to side with control.

• Banded pull-aparts: Soft elbows, pull the band apart and squeeze your upper back -no shrugging.

• Half kneeling open book: Keep hips still, rotate through your upper back, and follow your hand.

• Arabesque to two-way lunge: Find your balance, hinge at the hips, and move slow and controlled.

• Bear crawl: Knees just off the floor, back flat, move slowly with opposite arm and leg.

A few minutes here = better performance and safer training. Give them a go before your next workout 💪
