Day after is not so good as leg day if leg day is good.

1hr on the elliptical at 80% MaxHR motherf**kers. Calf muscles fully recovered. Must be leg day tomorrow.

Upped and upped the weights and was failing by second sets, nice wrecking of upper body.

Might try new program cos I have missing days.

Leg session Tuesday plus Cardio Session Wednesday = FU**ED calves Thursday.
Aarrrgh.

Still didn't stop me from smashing arms and chest at Terang Fitness. F**k yes.
