Last weekend we saw some great lifting from

A great comp was ran at the one and only aka The Mayhem Classic!

It was the boys first comp and they both went 9/9 both finishing in a solid 200kg deadlift. Well done gents 🤝

The not too far off veteran who still doesn’t identify as a powerlifter, cracked the 180kg deadlift which she has been chasing, well done, huge milestone 🔥

We have made some changes to our competition schedule for the back end of the year.

Thank you everyone who has reached out asking for upcoming event details.

The changes have been made to allow for better spacing between National and Invitational competitions on the 2023 powerlifting calendar.

Registrations will go live with the roll out of our new website which will be very soon.

More details to come, but keep an eye out or reach out if you have any questions.

Congratulations to all of the lifters who competed at APL NSW states over the weekend.

We hosted 60 awesome lifters split across 2 sessions.

Powerlifting is seriously awesome. High energy, PB’s and a damn awesome community!

Who’s excited to be getting more fist bumps this Saturday at NSW APL States?

- Session 1 kicks off at 9am
- Session 2 kicks off at 1.30pm

Please feel free to come and check out the competition, support your friends and family and watch some strong people lift.

We will have a video feed link in our bio for you to watch if you cannot make it on the day. Lifters you already have this in a recent email.

Good luck to the 60 lifters stepping onto the platform this weekend. We hope the PB’s are plentiful and you have a great day on the platform!
