The relationship you didn't know you needed ...
Edo is 28 years old, and he has been working with Ross 4 times x a week, for 3 years now!
Edo is without doubt, one of Ross's hardest working clients, and unlike most, it’s getting him OFF THE TREADMILL that’s our biggest challenge!
Some of edo’s regular medication historically led to quick onset weight gain and water retention. Edo’s heaviest weight was close to 100kg, and with consistent work and diet control, he know walks around at 85/86kg. He loves to run, so keeping weight down and stress off the joints is priority!
On Tuesdays we swim lengths first thing in the morning, and he is a highly proficient and technically sound swimmer, who has become a local celebrity at the aquatic centre; as he is at Forma!
After they train, Edo is straight into the shower and transforms into suit and tie, and it’s off to work we go, Ross drops him at jigsaw (a social enterprise designed to prepare individuals for employment, and cultivate social skills and team work) where he is in training 3 x a week; learning all the essential skills one needs in the business world.
Edo and Ross even FaceTimed on Ross's wedding day, and been friends as he's settled in Australia and started hisown family, and we are lucky to have HIS family now as life long friends.
