Our incredible Ana has just celebrated her fourth anniversary with us and what a journey it’s been. She rises to every challenge, seeks out the hard work, and embraces both the big powerful moves and the tiny, transformative corrections.

Ana, your beautiful smile, your positive energy, and your fierce love of learning light up every class. Thank you for your support over the years and for bringing such a wonderful spirit into the studio. We adore having you as part of our community đŸ€

Your words mean so much. The way you approach your practice is exactly what makes a true Pilates brain — curious, engaged, and always wanting to understand the “why” behind every movement. I love that you enjoy the variety of classes and really connect with the technical detail. That deeper awareness shows in your strength, your control, and the way your body has transformed over the last two years.

Watching your progress has been nothing short of incredible. You’re focused, determined, and so beautifully present in every class. Teaching you is an absolute pleasure, and seeing you grow stronger and more confident week after week is one of the highlights of my job.

Our Winter Challenge has officially come to an end and we couldn’t be prouder of this incredible community.

A huge congratulations to Daemon, our first‑place winner — enjoy two month’s half‑price membership Daemon. Well earned.

✹ Farewell Bridie

Our gorgeous Bridie is officially stepping into her fourth year of physiotherapy, and with that comes a new season of focus and growth for her. If you’d like to come in and say goodbye tonight, now is the time.

Bridie has been such a loved part of PILATES 26, her friendly presence, her inclusive teaching style, and her ability to make every class feel welcoming and achievable have been a gift to our whole community. We are so grateful for the years she has spent with us, and we will miss seeing her smiling face each week.

This isn’t goodbye forever. Bridie will still pop in from time to time as a cover instructor, so she’s not leaving us completely. But we want to acknowledge what she has brought to the studio and wish her all the success and joy as she steps into this next chapter.

Thank you, Bridie. We adore you, and we’re cheering you on.
