Our strength classes give you the choice to focus on upper or lower body depending on your goals.

Our main goal within these sessions is to develop strength and power using a variation of lifts. Based on your choice, your session will include the programming of compound lifts and accessory movements that compliment the targeted area.

Our periodised programming allows you to increase your lifts while also mastering the technique.

Join us tomorrow for 'Strong', we have class times starting from 5am till 7pm.

Our Strong class will help build strength, muscle definition and resilience with slow, controlled Reformer sequences. This class focuses on resistance and precision, often incorporating dumbbells to intensify the workout. Think of it as strength training with Pilates finesse – challenging, sculpting and powerful.

Week 8 of our functional space this week is 'Peak exposure week'. This is the final heavy week before deload next week, then into testing week. This week introduces 1 top set of 4 reps @87.5%-90% followed by 3 back off sets of 80%. Members should walk away feeling confident about where their 3RM could land for testing week. This week gives members exposure to heavier loads while keeping overall fatigue manageable.
