Our expansion is moving along! ✅ The roof is done, and the fence is almost there(Monday). Next up: new rack and Astro turf installation 💪

Reminder: With an increased in general gym clutter, please help us keep the gym clean by re-racking your weights and picking up after yourselves. Let’s create a welcoming space for everyone! 🙏💪

Exciting News! We’re stoked to announce that we’ve just placed a massive order for brand new equipment. You won’t be disappointed with what coming our way.

We have our 4 station rack and benches arriving tomorrow and the rest of the equipment will be arriving progressively over the next 3-10 weeks and installed as we go!

Stay tuned for more updates, and get ready for some serious upgrades!

We are meeting at the Jindalee tavern on Friday 30/08/24 at 6pm to have a meal and celebrate everyone’s achievements!

Very excited to say our expansions are underway and moving quick! The team is working hard on building our roof structure, ready for the fencing to go up and Astro turf to be laid. We do apologies for the reduced parking and increased noise during the works!

We also have some exciting news regarding new equipment. But I’ll save the details for that for a little longer 💪💪💪

Since starting with Ironborn S&C and joining the Pulse family, Sally has shown exceptional dedication and progress under coach Jilly’s wing. Today, we pay tribute to our dear friend Belly, whose presence always brought laughter and positivity to our gym. Belly was an extremely humble and selfless human being and we deeply appreciate the joy you brought into our lives. Rest in peace mate, you will be missed by us all 🙏

Huge Congrats to Coach Duffy for taking 2nd place at the APL Nationals 2024 in U100’s. He walked away with a 665 total on the day and we are absolutely pumped for him to have qualified for Zerow Pro. 💪

Let’s all get around him for a killer performance at Nationals and as he preps for Zerow Pro. Go get ‘em .ironborn 🔥

🚨Member of the month🚨

Well done Stuart for being our May ‘MoTM’!

Stuart is an absolute character around the gym, always having a laugh and never taking anything too seriously. It’s a pleasure to have him not only make people laugh, but killing his training and smashing personal goals in our gym.

Stuart works under ’s watchful eye and together they have gone so far with Stuart’s training! Cheers Stuart and we look forward to seeing you grow stronger as time goes on 💪

CONDITIONS:
- Non-members must sign in on our guest sign in sheet in front of the main office for each visit during the week including participating in a fight class.
-Prior to joining in on a fight class, new comers must complete the waiver upstairs before jumping in. Arrive 10mins early and see your coach to complete the waiver.
-Please abide by all of our rules and conduct yourselves in a respectful manner
