Before and after, relaxed scoliosis changes made over 7.5months

Improvements -
- improved spinal positioning in flexion and forward shear of vertebrae
- Visibly improved scoliosis angle
- Improved shoulder positioning
- Slight knee valgus improvement especially on left
- Improved left foot pronation
- Improved scapula positioning bilaterally
- More even pelvis in frontal plane
- Improved lower core engagement at rest
- Improved knee hyperextension
- Slight improvement in thoracic extension at rest
- Increased gluteal mass

“I’ve been training with Louis at FP Brisbane weekly for just over 7 months, I was looking initially for something to help with my scoliosis whilst doing traditional strength training but in the process have found a program that can completely replace what I was doing beforehand. Initially it was difficult to see how I could use this program without having a trainer, but as my understanding of the concepts grew I’m confident I can now take what I’ve learnt and continue to progress and eliminate more dysfunctions independently.
