We’re over halfway through winter, while we’ve still got a few weeks left of chilly mornings, our morning sessions are perfect to catch a gorgeous sunrise. Great way to start the day.

Our Brisbane City Council free run sessions are on! Whether you’re into the trails or the roads we’ve got a free session for you! These sessions are a great opportunity to meet new people, try a new sport and improve mental and physical health too.

Keen to learn to ride in a group? Our current cohort is close to graduating and our next block of sessions will be released soon so stay tuned.

This week our free Brisbane City Council Trail Runs commence, with Seven Hills up first on Thursday afternoon and Whites Hill on Saturday morning.

If you’re keen to hit the trails these free sessions are perfect for you. Get in touch with Coach Nelly or visit the BCC website for more details on these sessions.
