A competitive drill that develops passing, decision-making and finishing under pressure.

⚡ How it works:
• Play 1v1 until the catcher calls for the ball.
• Make the pass.
• Passer touches the NCA defender.
• Defender grabs the ball.
• Instantly flip into 1v1 downhill.
