… Imma be real for a sec.
Since moving to the beautiful Sunny Coast (I am TOTALLY in love here!! 🏖️☀️😍), I’ve been struggling to find my rhythm & balance.
I’ve fallen back into the trap of trying to keep up. 🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻
And TODAY was the first time in a VERY long time, I felt guilt & wrong for ‘not keeping up’. (Some words spoken to me hit deeper than I thought they would).😒
You see, you can’t unlearn something once you’ve learnt it!
And I’ve learnt:
- How to TRULY tap in & listen to my body (to the point it feels disrespectful if I ignore it).
- How females hormones affect EVERYTHING (we cannot exercise the same, the entire month like men).
- The different Human Design energy types.
- How I NEED more rest/downtime in order to be more productive.
We aren’t all the same. FACT. 🤓
So why the heck have I been trying to do that since moving up to the ‘fit beach girl’ state? 🤦🏽♀️
Pressure?
Guilt?
Trying to fit in?
Probably all of the above. ⬆️✅

A mini reminder (as it is mine!)… to not worry what others are doing, or you think you ‘should’ be doing.
Your life isn’t supposed to look like anyone else.
Stripe back those layers, find what makes you, uniquely you & do that!
