Running Excellence moves.
You may have noticed something new at FAST this weekend. 🙂
The FAST Buzz certainly makes a statement, but this is about considerably more than putting our logo on a new van.
Over the years, our coaches have transported starting blocks, sleds, jump boxes, hurdles, timing systems, recovery equipment and an ever-growing collection of FAST training tools around Canberra.
Now we can take much more of that training environment with us.
And the timing couldn’t be better.
From 7 October until 31 March, the AIS athletics facilities will be unavailable to us — essentially the entire summer athletics competition period. Rather than seeing that simply as a disruption, we have been preparing to move.
Canberra has some wonderful training locations that FAST already calls home. The Buzz gives us the ability to arrive at those locations with the equipment and technology needed to continue delivering the training environment our athletes expect.
The blocks can come. The jump boxes can come. The sleds can come. The hurdles can come. The technology can come.
Green energy. Gold ambitions.
