ACT NAS State Title - Part 1, Kumite 🥊

On the 23rd of August we had a whopping SEVENTEEN (17) students represent our club at the ACT National All Styles (NAS) State Title 🏆

With so many competitors in so many events, we’ll be posting this as a 2-parter! With Part 1 as Kumite 🥊

With how much everyone liked my last Zenkutsu Dachi video, here’s another! ✨

I often struggled with knowing how to achieve “good form” despite knowing exactly what it *should* “look like.” 😅
Hence a lot of my dedication has been put towards making karate *feel* right, and hoping it results in good form. After all, we should be training our bodies how to fight, so we shouldn’t be fighting against our own bodies hahaha
