Play & Clay is only ONE WEEK away and we’re getting so excited! 🙃🤩

We’ll start with a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class to shake off the week, reconnect with your body and arrive fully in the present moment. There will be some a few fun thing in there too. 🤭

Then we’ll move into the clay experience, getting out of your head and into your hands, where you can play, create and let the rest of the week melt away. 👐🏼✨

This is a once-off event while Adele is visiting from Melbourne, so trust us… this will be a goodie you won’t want to miss on!

Join SOULution Yoga and Adele Macer Ceramics for an evening exploring movement, creativity and “The Art of Letting Go”.

We’ll begin with a playful yoga practice before moving into hands-on clay exploration, using our hands to create, connect and slow down.

No yoga experience. No clay experience. No expectations. Just a willingness to learn, play and let go.

Forward folds ask something different of us.

Forward folds invite us into a different kind of practice.
While they can help cultivate length in our spine and create greater ease in movement, their deeper offering is often quieter than that.

Forward folds encourage us to withdraw from external distractions, soften our gaze, and turn inward. In yogic philosophy, this is known as Pratyahara; a practice of drawing awareness back towards ourselves.

Join Hayley and Roz for an afternoon dedicated to exploring forward folds in a progressive and sustainable way. Together we’ll investigate the mechanics of the shapes, pathways to greater flexibility, and the subtle art of self-study, or Svadhyaya.

Yin Yoga is a slower, more meditative practice that blends the wisdom of traditional yoga with Taoist principles, inviting you to slow down, soften, and spend time in stillness.

These wall-supported shapes from last week’s Tuesday night practice are a reminder that self-care doesn’t always have to look like doing more. Sometimes it looks like listening. Breathing. Letting go.

In Chinese philosophy, yin energy is associated with stillness, receptivity, and restoration. Qualities that can be difficult to access in a world that often rewards constant movement and productivity.

What changes when you give yourself permission to slow down?
