As we head into another away round this weekend, we’d like to remind our Rugby community that respect is part of the game.

This season’s pilot law variations have brought new challenges for players, coaches, spectators and officials alike, and everyone is adapting together. Our referees and game officials - many of them teenagers, and always volunteers - are doing their best each week and deserve patience, encouragement and respect.

Wherever we play, we represent Bathurst Rugby. Let’s lead with sportsmanship, support positively from the sideline, and remember: without referees and volunteers, there is no game.

What a whirlwind weekend of footy for our Junior Bulldogs 💙💛

Friday saw our U10s head to the big smoke to take on Lindfield as the curtain raiser for Waratahs v Brumbies 🏉
The team and their supporters also toured the NSW Waratahs HQ, getting a behind-the-scenes look at how the pros do it and hopefully leaving inspired to chase big dreams in the game they love.

Thanks Lindfield Junior Rugby Club for showing up and playing a great game. 👏

On Saturday, our U12s took on Orange City at home, with the final score 40 - 10. A fantastic effort from both sides and another great display of Bulldogs spirit and development.

Today, all teams travelled to Orange for Round 4 of the Walla competition, with every player leaving it all out on the field. We couldn’t be prouder of the heart, sportsmanship and determination shown across the day.

What a club. What a community.
