She’s a mum of three, juggling the chaos of everyday life—and showing up anyway.

Group training creates accountability, connection and support.

At JFIIT, group training is kept small and personal - 6 to 8 people per session.
Enough energy to lift you up, but enough attention to make sure you're moving well, safely and with purpose.
