Today I spend the day at the Pregnancy Babies and Children's Expo in Sydney helping the lovely ladies from The Stork Nest to fit Ergobaby Australia & New Zealand carriers on new and expectant mums, as well as a whole lot of dads too! It was so busy! And also so rewarding to give parents the knowledge and confidence to be able to wear their baby safely and comfortably.

If someone had told me 10 years ago that I would change careers after children and go on to teach post natal group exercise classes, I would have thought they were mad!
But here I am, teaching Kangatraining for almost 5 years and loving it more than anything!
I get so much joy from helping new mums find a way to get out of the house with their new bub, get moving again and of course to socialise with other mums who can relate to everything they are going through, with no judgment.
