She Has Vitality Movement for new & expecting Mums Hi I'm Jess,
A Personal Trainer specialising in helping New & Expecting Mums feel confident in how to move their bodies.

A few things about me....
- I'm a Mum to an energetic and hilarious 2yr old boy.
- I live in The Hills, Sydney, Australia.
- I have been worked as a PT and Nutritionist since 2014.
- I'm married to a wonderful Man who also runs his own business as an Electrical.
- I was born in NZ and moved to Sydney when I was 21 looking for a new adventure (and I sure found it)!
- I have a Christian faith and

believe in a God that creates us in his image with a purpose.
- I'm a Pre-Postnatal certified trainer through the Coaching and Training Women Academy and will soon be a 'Mum Safe' certified trainer.
- I have a passion for helping Women and more specifically Mum's thrive through the seasons and transitions of life physically, mentally and spiritually.

Entering into Mum life of 2 boys 💙💙

Our Darling Archer arrived swiftly on Friday 21st March after induction. As I’ve headed home today realizing life is forever changed I am in awe of the journey of motherhood 🤰👶
The multiplication of our love and also all our bodies do to bring life into the world, nurture that life, and move forward forever changed.

I Look forward to sharing more of my journey of pregnancy, birth and recovery soon but in the mean time you’ll find me in my new born bubble, drinking in every moment and the chaos of the juggle with 2.

Something I have been pondering lately... 🤔
And I wanted to share because is very applicable for many women in various stages of pregnancy and early postpartum, like in our She Has Vitality Community.

As I catch myself sometime thinking about past versions of my body, or trying to control what the future version may be...
I have to remember wherever my body is at today (appearance, energy, strength etc) is perfectly ok, and deserves respecting.

So be reminded...
✨Your body is exactly where and what it needs to be today.✨

And no matter how you feel about your body today, it is still worthy of respect right where it is at. ❤️

This year we have had weekly/monthly thoughts as a part of our movement sessions... 🙌
Taking a phrase to help us reshape the way we THINK about where we are at on our physical health journey. 🤯

So I invite you to join us with this thought and answer these questions:

"They say that you can’t be prepared to become a Mum, and that it will change you in ways you never thought possible. But I had no idea what that would look and feel like. I thought becoming a mother would just be a part of my life, I didn’t realize it would redefine my whole life. Not only the practical aspects, but who I was to the core."

As a MumSafe Trainer & as a part of our She Has Vitality sessions we have an environment to talk openly about symptoms such as bladder leakage, painful s*x, STIs, vulval irritation and many more topics that we have previously been kept quiet about. The more we talk about these topics the more awareness we create and diminish the stigma around them, and seeing every part of our health as just as important to be able to discuss. 🙌

I am here for YOU and want you to know you are not alone. 💕
