Based in Ubud, each day begins with Bikram practice, alongside the opportunity to explore a variety of styles from Yin and Ashtanga to Aerial Yoga, and for those who love the heat, Hot Pilates 🔥

This retreat is designed to be equal parts movement and magic. Expect plenty of downtime in between practice, with poolside hangs, a visit to the Pyramids of Chi, and a traditional water cleansing ceremony to reset and recharge.

We had a good laugh when The Advertiser featured some of South Australia’s fittest bodies and our very own Cathy made the cut!

The funny part? When asked for a photo, Cathy sent through a picture of herself holding Windex and a cleaning cloth. 😂

At BeWell, we’re committed to looking after our health, wellbeing, strength and fitness… and apparently our windows too. 😉
