Get ready to move, groove, and feel your strongest at the Knysna Oyster Festival - join us for fun, music driven workouts, a lengthening and strengthening Pilates session and/or a pre run Pilates warm up to get you ready for race day (or cheering your heart out from the sidelines).

These classes are designed for every body and every level. Whether you’re a first-timer, a fitness lover, or just here for a good time, these classes are all about building strength, confidence, and community in a welcoming, high-energy space.

Led by a supportive instructor, these classes offer plenty of options to modify or level up, so you can make it your own every step of the way.

All you need to bring is a mat, water, and your Oyster Fest energy!

Come as you are, move how you can, and leave feeling strong, sculpted, stretchy and celebrated.

What to do:
🔥Each exercise 10 reps per side
🔥When alternating legs, do 20 reps total

Join me for this heart pumping workout, no equipment needed.

What to do:
⚡️10 reps of each exercise
⚡️10 per side when alternating
⚡️Repeat the circuit X3

🧭 20 second break between exercise sets to get your breath back
🧘‍♀️ 1 minute rest between circuits

All you need is 20 minutes and minimal space to get your heart rate up and get some cardio in without having to even leave your living room.
