Training & Teaching Programme for BEGINNERS - JUNIORS (5-7 years) start at 14h30 & (7-12 years) start at 15h15 every MONDAY & WEDNESDAY (in Knysna) - Venue; ANGLICAN CHURCH HALL, entrance in Unity Str, opposite TOYOTA in Main Road – KNYSNA

TUESDAY & THURSDAY (in Plettenberg Bay) – Same ages & times. Venue; at the HEALTH & FITNESS CENTRE (GYM) adjacent to Wild Waters in PIESANG VALLEY – PLETT – (Gym membership is NOT required) INTERMEDIATE LEVEL (coloured belts) start at 15h15 - same days & venues. Girls, siblings & friends are WELCOME too - experience what KARATE OFFERS, learn to DEFEND yourself whilst getting FIT - PLEASE dress light and we train barefoot.
