Pure Posture Pilates, is based in Knysna. Offering group, one-on-one Pilates Classes, and workshops. Pole Fitness and different forms of fun in the studio.

Pilates is a physical fitness system of exercises to develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness. It can be done by anyone at any level. Group classes or private classes is ideal to make sure you get it 100%. I post videos that you can do at your home or on the go where you might find yourself.
