A team from the Northern Cape Cricket offices took a trip to Douglas to assist with the maintenance and preparation of the playing facilities at Douglas High School, ensuring the grounds are ready for the upcoming cricket season.

The focus is on improving the condition of the pitch and surrounding playing area to support the development of school cricket and provide a safe, well-prepared environment for learners.

Members from Northern Cape Cricket together with the team from Cricket South Africa held a well-attended information-sharing forum with the KFC Mini Cricket delegates from the ZFM region at Upington Primary School earlier today.

The session provided valuable insight and engagement as preparations and support for KFC Mini Cricket programmes continue across the region.

Cricket South Africa (CSA) is thrilled to announce that tickets for the highly anticipated 2026/27 international season are officially on sale, inviting fans across the country to come together for a summer filled with fierce rivalries in world cricket.

The Proteas welcome Bangladesh for an all-format tour, which includes two Test matches in November, followed by a three-match ODI series in early December.

In another milestone moment for women’s cricket in South Africa, Australia Women will tour the country for the first-ever full bilateral series between the two sides on South African soil.
