Ready to take on PEAK500? 🔥

On 12 September, we’re putting your fitness to the test with 30 minutes, 5 stations and one goal — get as close to 500 points as possible 💪

You’ll work your way through each station, collecting points through reps and calories and seeing just how far you can push yourself.

The event is completely FREE and open to everyone, but booking is essential on the F45 Training Glofox app. Bookings open one week before the event, so get your teammate ready and come take on the challenge with us! 👊🔥
