Founded by fitness guru-turned-influencer Steve Uria, SWITCH is a combination of various exercises and training techniques to create a perfectly balanced workout that stimulates the body, mind, and soul. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, facilities, lighting and sound, SWITCH creates an atmosphere where the most intense workout is turned into an enjoyable power session where the energy is so h

Classes are run by highly trained instructors and assistants who devote their time to carefully guiding you through your Playground session, placing careful emphasis on guarding against injury and ensuring optimal results for participants.
