Soul Space Soul Space is a space for you to connect with your divine essence - your soul. Soul Space is located in Dowerglen just off Linksfield Road.

We are a quaint studio created for the purpose of sharing the healing power of yoga with our community. Soul Space provides a space where students can venture on a journey of self-discovery as they connect with their truest self through the physical and mental practice of yoga. We offer a variety of classes ranging from restorative, low intensity classes, to more energizing and challenging practic

es. We are a place that focuses on healing mind, body and soul by providing a safe environment to explore the most vulnerable areas of the self.

A guided space to slow down, regulate, and reconnect — with yourself and with others.

No pressure to talk.
No expectation to “do it right.”
Just a safe space to exhale.

This is for you if you’ve been feeling:
• overwhelmed or easily triggered
• mentally exhausted but physically tense
• disconnected from yourself or others
• like you need a pause… but can’t seem to take one

Also deeply supportive for facilitators, therapists, and space-holders who are constantly giving to others and need a gentle reset themselves.
