We’re hiring: Foodservice Manager | Somerset West
At GERATEC, foodservice is about far more than producing meals. It is about delivering consistent quality, meaningful service and positive experiences for the older persons we support.
We are looking for a capable and committed Foodservice Manager to lead one of our Somerset West operations.
This role will suit someone who is passionate about food, people and service excellence, and who is able to lead a team while maintaining strong operational standards and positive client relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assuring consistently high-quality meals
Leading, developing and inspiring employees
Building strong client relationships
Driving problem-solving and continuous improvement
Bringing innovation into food preparation and menu ex*****on
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, compliance and cost control
Providing relationship-directed support that keeps older persons at the heart of what we do
We are looking for someone with a Foodservice Diploma or a minimum of 5 years’ contract catering experience, strong attention to detail, excellent leadership ability and a practical, hands-on approach.
