Hi everyone!

Please note that there will be no sparring this Friday. 🥊

We're giving our coaches a well-deserved break after their hard work preparing our fighters for the fight night last Saturday. 🎉

A huge thank you to all the fighters, coaches, and supporters who made the event a success! 🙌👏

However, there will still be classes from 6am - 7am and 4pm - 5pm. 🕕
