🚨 NEW HIRE: RYAN UHL 🚨
We’re excited to officially welcome Ryan Uhl to Fennell Brothers Baseball!
Ryan brings an incredible amount of playing and coaching experience to our player-development staff. During his career at IUP, he became one of the most accomplished players in program history. His dominant 2015 season included a .415 batting average, 29 home runs, 74 RBIs and a 1.085 slugging percentage.
Ryan earned First-Team All-American honors, was named the 2014–15 IUP Men’s Athlete of the Year and will be inducted into the IUP Athletic Hall of Fame in 2026. He was also selected by the Seattle Mariners in the seventh round of the 2015 MLB Draft and spent two seasons in their minor-league system.
Since finishing his professional career, Ryan has built an impressive coaching résumé with stops at IUP, Cal U, Penn State Behrend, the Martha’s Vineyard Sharks and Gannon University. He has worked extensively with hitters, infielders and outfielders while helping develop players at every level of the game.
Ryan’s knowledge, experience and passion for player development make him a tremendous addition to Fennell Brothers Baseball.
Ryan’s lesson schedule is now open to begin giving lessons at our Wildwood location in September!
