Thank you so much to all of our loyal BODY members! We can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been working on!! Our new location is a TOTAL upgrade…and we are on the corner of Plumas Street…SURROUNDED by good parking! Classes will start at the new studio between June 14th and June 15th and all of our hard work will be on display for the Summer Stroll, June 20th at 605 Plumas Street!!!! 🌴💪🥰

We will also have a shirt press station with our new Fresh Squeezed summer merch so you can get your size and color with any of our new designs, including Chyanne’s favorite shirt.

HALFWAY THERE! The first four weeks of Spring Challenge flew by, four to go. Train the movement, keep building, get results.

* Make sure you sign up for the leaderboard if you want us to count your challenge check-ins and be eligible for prizes. Remember just 10 check-ins for bronze, so it’s not too late to join the challenge!

* As we do have a few awesome events we hope you can attend on Sundays and Mother’s Day closed, we do have makeup days for Arms with Ariana!

* Don’t miss Robert & Autumn on Mondays, double the fun!

Class, childcare and refreshments included with general admission and packages available for recovery, massage, and fascial stretch.
