What is Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST)? ✨
FST is a unique, assisted stretching technique designed to target your fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles and joints. By gently stretching and decompressing the body, FST helps improve mobility, reduce tension, and restore balance from head to toe.
Unlike traditional stretching, this is a guided, one-on-one session where your practitioner helps you move deeper and more safely into each stretch—so you can truly relax while your body opens up.
