Come out Monday at 9 AM and 4:30 PM to honor the life of Michael Murphy, and complete the Murph workout with your Alpha sisters🇺🇸💪🏽 Modifications can be made for all levels for this workout, members can bring two guests over age 6. Guest waivers must be signed by Sunday at 10 PM in order to participate in Monday’s workout. Please reach out to RSVP your guest and receive the waiver link.
