Five of our Zero wrestlers just wrapped up an awesome 10 week long strength training program, and the results are impressive!

They worked hard, stayed consistent, and made huge improvements in strength and athleticism. Across everyone in program there was a mean improvement of 209% in front squat, 111% in hex deadlift, 30% in power clean, and big improvements in agility scores!

Big thanks to Joe & Gary for pushing these wrestlers and many others to improve this summer!

Announcing our fall schedule starting next Friday, 8/7!

After a short summer break, we’re excited to get back in the room and continue the momentum from last season. Our mission stays the same: create a place where wrestlers can challenge themselves, improve every day, and become better competitors and teammates.

We’re looking forward to another season of hard work, growth, and great memories together.

Advanced practices will now be 1.5 hours moving forward.

Hope everyone had an amazing summer! See you on the mats!

Mark your calendar! Our second annual Girls and Women’s Wrestling Summit will be held this August at Penn Manor High School in Pennsylvania!

This Summit brings together junior high and high school coaches, athletes, administrators, and advocates to foster collaboration, elevate performance, and build a thriving community. You will also have the opportunity to network with head wrestling coaches from different universities and colleges, and participate in a wrestling clinic at the end of the day!

Psychedelic Summer Slam by Breakthe Chainswrestling this weekend was filled with blacklight singlets, glow shirts, and core memories. We had so much fun last year that we brought a dual team this year!
