Unfortunately, the average American adult only takes around 4,000–5,000 steps each day. The good news? Every step, every workout, and every effort to move more adds up.

Join us for Memorial Day Murph!
On Monday, May 25th at 9 AM, we’ll be honoring Lt. Michael Murphy and all who have sacrificed for our freedom with the annual Hero WOD “Murph.”

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just looking to challenge yourself, all are welcome. We’ll have options to scale or modify the workout to meet your needs. Don’t want to do the workout, come hang out, show support, and enjoy some great community vibes.

The Hyner View Trail Challenge doesn’t hand out easy miles. Rugged terrain, brutal climbs, and long stretches that test both body and mind make it one of the sought after trail experiences.

Huge respect to Cody, Kylee, Lexy, and Ryan for taking on the 25K and representing what consistent training can make possible.

But this is bigger than a race.

This is the reward of the quiet, daily work. The early mornings. The hard sessions. The discipline nobody sees.

Because fitness isn’t just about performing in the gym—it’s about using that strength to pursue adventure, embrace challenge, and fully experience life.

These moments are why we train. Not just to be fit… but to be capable.

🧘‍♂️ Mobility. Flexibility. Longevity. 🧘‍♀️

At Full Circle Fitness & Performance, we believe that movement is the foundation for everything we do — at every age.

That’s why we offer Yoga classes twice per month, held on Monday or Wednesday evenings from 6:30–7:30 PM, and intentionally build yoga-based mobility and flexibility work into the programming for all hockey players and skaters training in our facility, designed to support:
✔ Injury prevention
✔ Long-term mobility and flexibility
✔ A healthy, active lifestyle as we age
✔ Confidence to move, train, and try new things

Far too often, especially in youth athletics, training focuses heavily on speed, strength, power, agility, and endurance — while mobility and flexibility are overlooked. The truth is, movement quality comes first. Strong foundations allow athletes to develop those performance qualities safely and effectively.

Whether you’re a youth athlete, a hockey player, a weekend warrior, or simply someone who wants to move and feel better — yoga, 🧘 stretching and movement supports the body you need today and the body you want tomorrow.

As we head into Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to each and every one of you who has been a part of Full Circle Fitness & Performance over the past year—our members, hockey players, parents, personal training clients, drop-ins, and visitors. Your support, trust, and energy are the reason this community is so special 🙏.

Because of you, the work we do here is incredibly fulfilling. My family and I truly enjoy spending so much of our time at the gym, and that’s a direct reflection of the amazing people who walk through our doors. Thank you for giving us a community we are proud to be part of every single day 💪❤️.
