UnderGRound is not just a training facility. It is a venue, a conference room, a camp headquarters, a party space, a concert hall, a winter home, and a professional environment for every type of organization that cares about athletes and culture.

We built something in Wyoming, Michigan that Grand Rapids has never had — a space flexible enough to serve a club of 200 players all winter long, host a live concert on a real stage, and intimate enough to throw the most personal birthday party your kid has ever had.

Here is everything you can rent.

WINTER CLUB HOME — Keep your entire club sharp when the outdoor season ends. All your teams. All winter. Courts, weight room, strength and agility, boxing, breaking, and basketball. Your players come back in spring as different athletes.

WEEK-LONG CAMPS — Take over the full facility for a week. Your schedule, your coaches, your curriculum. Stage, courts, weight room, conference room, and cafe all yours.

COACHES CONFERENCE ROOM — Film review. Tactical planning. Pre-season strategy. Scouting breakdowns. The work that wins games before the whistle blows.

OFF-SEASON TRAINING — Middle school, high school, and college programs. Give your team a professional training environment when the season ends. Courts, weights, boxing, basketball, breaking, and strength and agility all in one building.

The best soccer players in the world don’t just play soccer.

Ronaldinho played futsal. Kobe played soccer. Iverson played football. The athletes who became legends didn’t stay in one lane — they pulled from every environment that made them harder to guard, faster to react, and impossible to stop.

Basketball does something to a player’s body that most sports can’t replicate.

The footwork alone separates players. Pivots, jab steps, drop steps — basketball players make decisions with their feet before their brain catches up. That quickness translates directly onto the pitch. Tighter first touch in tight spaces. Sharper change of direction. Cleaner movement under pressure.

Court vision changes how you see the game. Basketball forces you to track five moving players at once — where the help is coming from, where the space is opening, where your teammate will be two seconds before they get there. Soccer players who train on the court start seeing passes before they’re open. They stop reacting and start anticipating.

The conditioning is different too. Basketball doesn’t build steady-state fitness — it builds burst fitness. Explosive sprint, full recovery, explode again. Over and over. That is exactly what decides games in the 80th minute.
