We have a fun atmosphere while at the same time being result based. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operation teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect applicati

on for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. Everyday we offer a different workout of the day or WOD. The WOD starts at the top of the hour and is done as a group. It lasts about one hour. The WOD is made up of various combinations from track & field, power lifting, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, rowing, etc. This allows for a fresh and fun workout every day.

Fun fact: A fun fact about Curt is that he has spent 14 years living on a college campus, only 3 of them as a student.
