A place where you can be yourself, and
become the best version of yourself. We are a boutique dance fitness studio
primarily offering a variety of Zumba® classes such as Zumba Fitness®, STRONG by Zumba®, Zumba® Step and Zumba® Toning. When:

Mondays 6:00 PM
Tuesdays 5:30 - 7:30 PM
Wednesdays 5:30 PM
Thursdays 6:00 PM
Saturdays 8:30 - 10:30 AM
Sundays 9:30 - 10:30 AM

New England Male Mash Up celebrates creativity, expression, and the power of dance without limits. Open to all who want to challenge stereotypes, step outside their comfort zone, and connect with an amazing dance community, this event embraces the message that dance belongs to everyone.

Whether you’re returning to relive the energy of past mash ups or joining us for the first time, get ready for an unforgettable experience filled with choreography, collaboration, confidence, and fun.

Join instructors from across New England as we bring back a tradition that inspired so many and continue to prove that .
