I talk to a lot of adults who want to move around and be active, but haven't found the right thing to keep them interested.

Trading in a traditional art is a great way to hit a lot of your goals. It doesn't have to be hyper dynamic.

I work out in the gym lifting heavy a few times a week . But I'll tell you,
Practicing my form is one of my favorite ways to get a workout in.

I'm entirely alone with the movement, focused on my breathing, my heart rate increases, my body heats up, I'm working my flexibility, maintaonong strength in my lower body. Increased mobility in my spine and shoulders.

The coordination, balance and proprioception gained from training traditional form it's very similar to classical dance, gymnastics.
