Join the Worcester Fitness Run Club, a supportive community for runners and walkers of all levels. Whether you're training for your first 5K, looking to improve your endurance, or want to meet like-minded people, this club is designed to help you stay motivated and have fun.

Led by certified running coach and personal trainer Kevin Meleshuk, each session includes either a guided 5K fun run around the lake or a structured running workout tailored to help improve speed, endurance, and overall fitness.
