Lara was here for a few weeks visiting from Germany, and she shared her love of CrossFit with us. Her strength, endurance and truly joyful spirit was a gift to have here at OTown CF.

Some love stories are written in the gym. 🏋️‍♂️❤️

Lico & Nicole met right here on our floor — and what’s followed has been nothing short of a testament to what real partnership looks like.

A baby. 👶
Nicole becoming a full-fledged doctor. 🩺
Lico fighting through and surviving a brain tumor. 🧠💪
And through every single one of those chapters — the exhaustion, the fear, the celebrations — they showed up. For each other, and for the gym.

Injuries didn’t stop them. Life didn’t stop them. They just kept training, kept showing up, kept choosing each other.

This is what community looks like. This is what strength really means.

We love you two. 🙌
