Tough fishing for sure in the Swansboro 50 KMT.. Congratulations to our friends .down.fishing on their second time winning this tournament in the last 4 years!

Thanks to for building a boat to handle the conditions and
for keeping us on the water with equipment that works.

This was most likely the last tournament in our 27 Onslow Bay as we are upfitting a new to us 32 Onslow Bay for next season.

Top ten finish this past weekend inThe Bone Suckin Sauce King of the Cape Open King Mackerel Tournament . Nice to be fishing with the boys again Jamie Nelms TinanBilly Cole Colton Orrell just missing Brandon Morris.

Thanks to Blue Water Candy Lures for the new rigs, Onslow Bay Boats for the best boat in the game, Mercury Marine for getting us to the fishing grounds with a quickness and Seigler Fishing Reels for making a great reel.

Big thank you to Henry's Muffler Shops for the new rod holders you guys killed it. I checked the fine print on the receipt and saw Henry Windy Conditions Fishing Team guaranteed his rod holders could help you win a tournament when properly installed. I guess we didn't level them just right because we didn't pull off a win but we did score a top ten finish in The Bone Suckin Sauce King of the Cape Open King Mackerel Tournament this past weekend.

The Morehead City Open family sends our deepest condolences to Miss Terry, and the Gay and Blue Water Candy family for the passing of Jodie. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. He was an icon in the tackle industry and the king mackerel fishing community. He was doing what he loved when the Lord called him home. He will be missed so very much.
