Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there who give their all every day to make life better for their families. Your sacrifices, dedication, patience, and love do not go unnoticed. We hope you had an amazing day!

This year, Father's Day carries even more of an extra meaning as we know life moves quickly, and none of us know how many moments we will have left together. So hug your kids a little tighter, have that extra conversation, let them how proud you are of them and make every minute count.

One of the greatest privileges of being part of SPAR has been getting to know so many of you personally. I've enjoyed our conversations, admired your commitment to your children, and watched you lead by example, whether sitting on the sidelines cheering, helping your kids through challenges, or stepping onto the mats and training in classes too. Those are memories your kids will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

I know even with my best effort I still missed so many of you in these pictures please know each and every one of you is appreciated more than you know 🥰 Thank you for the amazing example you set and the countless ways you show up for your families every day!

Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Their courage, service, and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

As we spend time with family and friends, we pause to reflect on those who gave everything for our country. Freedom is never free.

SPAR Self Defense will be closed today in observance of Memorial Day. We will resume normal classes tomorrow.

Today is an exciting day at SPAR Self Defense!
Wishing good luck to our 5 SPAR Kids testing this afternoon for their Krav Maga Junior Black Belts:
Frank, Alex, James, RJ and Jackson!!

These young warriors have been training for nearly a THIRD of their lives in preparation for this moment. Through years of hard work, discipline, perseverance, and determination, they’ve earned the opportunity to test for one of the highest achievements in our kids program.

No matter what happens today, we are already incredibly proud of the dedication, character, and resilience each of these amazing students has shown along their journey!! Can't wait to see them in action today giving their all!!

Major congratulations going to our incredible SPAR Kids on an absolutely phenomenal Krav Maga belt testing cycle!
This group truly brought their best effort more than ever before. You could see the focus and determination they put into every drill, technique, and challenge. They stepped up their game knowing that promotions are earned through truly demonstrating their skills and they delivered!

What many people don’t realize is how much goes into kids testing at SPAR. Every test is personally selected and carefully scheduled to ensure each student is individually eligible, and progressing exactly as they should be on their martial arts journey. We take that responsibility seriously because every belt should represent real achievement not just number of classes attended.
We could not be more proud of these amazing kids. Beyond learning self-defense skills, they are building confidence, awareness, discipline, and the wisdom to make smart choices..including learning how to avoid dangerous situations and use their skills responsibly.

Watching these students grow stronger both physically and mentally is what it’s all about. Congratulations to all of our students, instructors and families for the hard work, dedication, and support! The future is bright for these young warriors 😎🙌
