WE’RE HIRING: Part-Time Small Group Personal Training Coach!
Are you a passionate, high-energy fitness professional who loves helping people smash their goals? Do you thrive in a community-driven environment rather than a cold, corporate gym? If you answered "hell yes," we want you on our team!

We are looking for a part-time Coach to lead our dynamic small group personal training sessions.

The Details:
Position: Part-Time Coach (Small Group Personal Training)
Hours: Early mornings, evenings, and rotating Saturdays
Location: MidStrong 18 Lyman Street, Westborough, MA 01581
What You’ll Do:
Lead, motivate, and coach small groups of 4-8 people through structured workouts.
Ensure safe technique, provide modifications, and keep the energy high.
Build genuine relationships with our members and support them on their fitness journeys.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
What We’re Looking For:
A nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, etc.).
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to get it ASAP).
Previous experience coaching groups or personal training is a huge plus, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn matter most!
Reliability, punctuality, and a team-player mindset.
