7:30 AM Sipping coffee ☕️ and planning a relaxed day with family and a 60-75 mins lifting session 🏋️♂️
8:30 AM All hell breaks loose ⚡️and before I know it’s 2:30 PM by the time I get back home 🤷♂️
I could have said it’s been rough so skip the workout and screw the protein and eat some soul food 🥘
I had a choice. And I made one ✅
I logged my food, Got 20 mins exercise in and hydrated myself well and stayed in my macros(in spite of eating out)
