7:30 AM Sipping coffee ☕️ and planning a relaxed day with family and a 60-75 mins lifting session 🏋️‍♂️

8:30 AM All hell breaks loose ⚡️and before I know it’s 2:30 PM by the time I get back home 🤷‍♂️

I could have said it’s been rough so skip the workout and screw the protein and eat some soul food 🥘

I had a choice. And I made one ✅

I logged my food, Got 20 mins exercise in and hydrated myself well and stayed in my macros(in spite of eating out)

🚫Dont let circumstances
rob you of your discipline🚫

Lessons learnt

1. Control what you can

As I reflect on 2023, a year of GROWTH, I realize “You have to take your chances”.

Twelve months ago, I never imagined being here. It unfolded with a bold mindset, making courageous decisions, and countless days of pushing through 'I will do it, even if I don't feel like it.'

Here's to the journey, embarking a path that will create an IMPACT! A path of making bold decisions, failing and learning invaluable lessons.

POV: Don’t let fitness be the 1st thing you cut out when times are tough, it will be the one thing that will keep you going, keep your mind right and make you feel better about your current situation.

Fitness & health should never be on the chopping block when it comes to priorities.

What you can cut: Starbucks, Grubhub, mindless Amazon purchases. These things will only bring you temporary satisfaction and/or put you more in debt.

Talked myself into hitting the gym when I reach my hotel at Charlotte at around 9pm 😈

Another set of results from our different programs

Line 1: Weight
Line 2: Skeletal Muscle Mass

All results are showing a 4 week progress

These are results of awesome members who are operating in different seasons of life:

Anytime you start a program, you always start it with some level of skepticism…

🤨Will I lose the weight?
🤔Will I get the results?

Unfortunately 💯 of the times this emotion originates from self-doubt “Will I be able to do it” but its communicated as doubt with the program itself “Is this another program with false promises and restrictive nutrition?”

So I am posting 3-4 week results of some of our members. Keep swiping to see different results.

3-4 weeks of bootcamp with us, focusing on water, sleep and protein has resulted in average 2% drop in body fat. JUST 3-4 WEEKS.

These guys are just getting started and I cannot wait to see their awesome results at the end of the program!
