Dynamic Warm-Up Before BP Don’t just grab a bat and start swinging.
A good dynamic warm-up gets the body moving, raises body temperature, opens up the hips and shoulders, and prepares the athlete to move explosively.
Prepare the body → then train the swing.
Our Dynamic Warm-Up
Perform each movement for 10–15 yards.
* Walking toe touches
* Frankensteins
* Knee hugs
* Inside heel hugs
* Walking lunges
* Backward lunges
* Side lunges
* High knees
* Heel to butt
* Shuffle
* Power shuffle
* Skips
* Skips for height
* Skips for distance
* Tuck jumps
* Broad jumps
* Pogos
Finish with:
4 × 20-yard sprints
Get loose. Get explosive. Then go hit.
