Teach Your Player How to Warm Up ⚾️
Parents, your player may not need to do this entire routine every time they grab a bat in the backyard — but they DO need to learn how to properly prepare their body to play.
A dynamic warm-up gets the body moving, raises body temperature, opens up the hips and shoulders, and prepares them to run, throw and swing.
