Yesterday the RHS Boys’ Powerlifting competed at the Powerlifting State Championship in Kenner. The team finished 8th overall in Division I.

We competed in the North Regional Championship Saturday at West Monroe High School. The team finished third overall. Several lifters broke Ruston High Powerlifting Records and set new PRs. Brandon Black broke his own North Regional 114 record with a 235 bench press. He was also the North Regional 114 Champion. Next competition is the State Championship on March 28. Go Cats!
