Inviting all those who would like some time for themselves to learn and to grow. The retreat location will make you feel like you are a thousand miles away. 🧘 Yoga & Mindfulness. 🌸 Floral arrangements to take home. Journaling and hiking too. Healthy catered lunch by Opa Taverna in West Chester. Hurry, we keep the number of participants low in order to keep the intimate nature of the event.

Followed the Bonnie’s from Furman to Davidson, North Carolina. Great road trip with my mom, hugging my baby and the wins were pretty great too xoxo
