At Movement Collective, we believe one of the best things we can do is show our kids and grandkids that movement matters, strength matters, and taking care of your body matters.

We train what legs are designed to do.

LEGS =
Locomotion
Elevation
Gyration
Stability

Most people only squat one way and wonder why their body eventually starts fighting back.

Your body needs different squat patterns for different outcomes:
• One builds strength and force
• One builds mobility and positioning
• One builds control, balance, and adaptability

Exercises like this help build hip stability, single-leg control, and awareness through the entire chain. Even something as simple as staying connected through the pads of the feet can completely change how the hips engage and stabilize.
